September 11th & God

Yesterday marked the 18th anniversary of the 9/11 event when the New York Twin Towers were hit by Islamic terrorist attacks. Islamic extremist group Al-Qaeda hijacked four aeroplanes on 9/11 and rammed them into New York City's World Trade Center and the Pentagon. In all, 2595 people inside and near the towers were killed, along with the 157 people who were aboard the flights. The 9/11 attacks not only became the single deadliest terrorist attack in human history, but they were also the deadliest incident ever for firefighters, as well as for law enforcement officers in the United States.

Living Waters has released a video in memory of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. The video features the testimony of Angela Braxton who was on the 80th floor of one of the Twin Towers when the first plane hit.

In this brief video she shares her terrifying escape from the crumbling building, and how on the anniversary of the 9/11 attack God brought a woman into her life who pointed her to Christ. She also shares her passion to share the gospel with others after being saved. This video will encourage and challenge you to share the gospel of Jesus Christ every day with those around you.
